If you have a medical condition or some other situation that requires special consideration when writing the exam (ie. to write in a separate room or to get more time), you need to inform the Alberta Insurance Council before registration to discuss what you need. A signed medical note may be required.
If you do not ask for special considerations before registration, there will be no exception made.
The Alberta Insurance Council (AIC) is still offering exams as insurance is an essential service but seating will be limited due to social distancing requirements. Make sure you book your exam date well in advance.
