All general insurance brokers in Canada are required to get a certain number of Continuing Education (CE) credits each year in order to maintain their licenses.

Every province has their own variations and requirements for Continuing Education but that is not what this article is about (we have other articles on that – see the link above). This post is about the insurance CE deadlines for each province.

British Columbia (BC) – all CE credits are due on May 31st

Alberta (AB) – insurance CE deadline for credits are June 30th

Saskatchewan (SK) – the insurance CE deadline is based on your license renewal date

Manitoba (MB) – deadline is on May 31st

Ontario (ON) – deadline is on Sept 30th
