I wanted to spend some time this week talking about our course tutor. It’s a service that really differentiates us from the other education providers out there and is critical to our students’ success. So far, we’ve had great feedback about our course tutors from the people who have taken advantage of it.
In our completely unscientific study, we discovered a strong positive correlation between our student’s success of their exams and their willingness to engage with our course tutors.
With all of our online insurance course, the studying is self-paced and done on your own time. But even when you’re studying by yourself, you’re not studying alone. All students get a licensed course tutor assigned to them and is available by phone, email or live chat to answer any questions you might have while studying.
There’s a live chat app built into our website (the button on the bottom right) and there are points throughout our courses where we encourage students to interact with their course tutor and ask questions. And what we’ve discovered since releasing this feature is that the students who have the most success with our programs and score the highest on their insurance exams are the ones who lean on the course tutor the most.
